A Backyard Wedding

I could not be more obsessed with how this wedding came together. Kacy and Jake had originally planned for a late spring wedding, and as many brides have experienced, COVID had other plans. However they were so fortunate to be able to postpone their day a couple months and still pull off a stunning event. Kacy's vision was perfection. The neutral colors complimented by burgundy and navy and touches of gold were a vision. Photographers: Capture the Moment Wedding Photography  captured the beauty and fun of the day at this family home in Roanoke, Indiana.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kacy, and I wish her and Jake a lifetime of happiness!

Hannah was a special bride because her and I worked together when I worked for Greenfield-Central Schools. She is such a sweet and genuine person, and we had so much fun planning the florals for her wedding. Unfortunately COVID had other plans, but instead of postponing everything, Hannah and Kent were married in a beautiful backyard ceremony at a family home. It was such a beautiful day, and the all the beautiful details are just a small preview of what their 1 year celebration will be in 2021!!

Grace chose such gorgeous colors for her wedding bouquets and centerpieces! Blush and cream with a pop of burgundy is so popular, and her gorgeous venue brought it all together. The Balmoral House in Fishers is such a gorgeous place, and her photographer Justis Hall did a great job of capturing the beauty of the day.

Flowers created were: Bouquets, Boutonnieres and Centerpieces.

Flowers used: Hydrangea, Roses, Rice Flower, Dahlia, Snap Dragons and assorted eucalyptus greenery.

I am so thrilled with how the bridal party florals turned out for this gorgeous downtown wedding.
I can only hope that one day I will find someone that looks at me the way Christopher looks at Nicoyia. These photos captured by Those Mckissics Photography are incredible, and truly capture the beauty of this couple and their day!
Special Thanks to wedding planner Elizabeth Bates, Of Bates Black Tie,  for bringing this bride my way!

Reception: Union Station, Downtown Indianapolis

Bridal Party Flowers & Reception
Flowers: White Playa Blanca roses, spray roses, calla lily, hydrangea, snap dragons, various eucalyptus, Salal, dusty miller, and Peach Roses for the reception.

Ally was such a joy to work with and such an easy going bride! All of the flowers were mainly white with lots of various greenery, and for the reception we added pops of peach to compliments the gold and navy theme and accents of the Union Station ballroom. The tall centerpieces and head table were by far my favorite to create, and love how the reception area came together! Seeing this wedding come to life was one of the best experiences to date!

Jamie and Andrew were married on August 17th, at an incredible venue!
Venue: Barn at Bay Horse Inn

Jamie asked for me to put together her bridal party flowers, her bouquet, and bouquets for her bridesmaids, as well as a special boutonniere for her man of honor, and two smaller ones for her ring bearers.

I used white peonies, blush and taupe roses, as well as spray roses, lisanthius, astilbe, dusty miller and silver dollar eucalyptus.
